Our fascia products come in a wide range of finishes from brilliant white to the
wood-grain effects, such as Mahogany, Rosewood, Black Ash and Golden Oak.
All white boards come with a twenty year guarantee, wood-grain boards come with a ten year guarantee.
We have a selection of guttering styles Half
Round, Squareline and O-Gee.
All our guttering comes in either White, Brown or Black.
There are two ways to install pvc-u fascias, the quickest and cheapest is to "Over Cap" the existing timber fascia. This is adequate as long as the timber is free from rot.
The second method is "Full Replacement" of the existing timber fascia, this requires the timber fascia to be removed and a thicker, load bearing pvc-u fascia board to be fixed to the rafter ends. Due to the thicker material and extended labour time this method is costlier.
Whichever of these methods are used we make sure that the fascia is well protected by using an "Eaves protection" system.

Glossary of terms
PVCu- Polyvinylchloride-unplasticised.
Fascias- the timber behind the guttering.
Soffits- the horizontal board underneath the fascia.
Bargeboards- the timber running up the gable end.
Verge- the tile ends on the gable that are fixed with mortar.
Eaves- the tiles above the gutter.
