Over-Capping
"Over Capping" the existing timber
fascia is quite acceptable as long as the timber is sound.
Any small areas of rot can be cut out and replaced with treated timber and then
over capped with pvc-u fascia board.
In the left hand picture above you can see the replaced timber,
the right hand picture shows the same area over capped with pvc-u.
All pvc-u capping boards are fixed with stainless steel pins with plastic covered heads (coloured to match the pvc-u fascia.)
